There are Windows 10 Enterprise images suited for Cloud PCs that come with or without the Microsoft 365 Apps pre-installed (including Microsoft Teams with AV redirection optimization). What is Windows 365?

Enterprise Cloud PCs are intended for businesses that have invested in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and use this sophisticated platform to manage their current physical Windows 10 workstations. Each Enterprise Cloud PC requires an Intune license.

Business Cloud PCs are intended for individual users and small organizations that generally purchase a new PC from Best Buy. Instead of going to Best Buy, people can now go to Microsoft and subscribe to a new Cloud PC, which will be ready to use in an hour. Business Cloud PCs, like standalone physical PCs, do not require an Intune license and are solely handled by the user.

How to deploy Windows 365

Step 2: Then use select either Business or Enterprise editions of Windows 365. But in this guide, will set up a Cloud PC with Windows 365 Business.

Step 3: Then select the plan of your choice. The cost for Microsoft-recommended setups is shown below. By manually setting up your Windows 365 computer and picking the option, you may receive the desktops for less than the costs. The standard setup has two vCPUs, 4 GB RAM, and 128 GB storage capacity.

Remote Desktop app

Microsoft also allows RDP to be used with a Windows 365 Cloud PC. However, it does not make use of the conventional built-in RDP software.
