So, you’ve created a Google Form and it’s just perfect. But now you need to share it with others. How do you do that?

It’s actually pretty simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Click on the Send button in the top right corner of the screen.


2. Select the people you want to share it with. You can choose between emailing it, publishing it on the web, or embedding it in a website.


You can also choose to collect respondents’ emails, and to embed the form in the receiver’s email address by checking the options.


3. Copy the link, embed code, or use the Send button if you are sharing your google form via emails.

How to Allow Users to Edit Google Form Responses

If you want respondents to edit their responses after submitting a form. On your form page, navigate to Settings.


Now, scroll down to Responses, and flip on the switch for the “Allow response editing” option.
