How to Quickly and Easily Fix a Slow PC Startup

You turn on your computer and wait–and wait. It seems to take forever for it to start up. What’s going on? Why is it running so slow?

Stop Bloating Your Startup With Too Many Programs

Microsoft Windows has a built-in utility that can help you troubleshoot and fix a slow PC startup. It’s called the “System Configuration Utility,” or “msconfig” for short.
