Having signed in to Google play, you can search for any android app or game that you wish to install. Clicking on the app will reveal it details. Select the install button to install it.
To launch the app, select it from the desktop menu, and a new tab will be opened.
To switch between apps that are currently running, you can select the opened tabs. To control navigations, volumes and other in-app functions, you can use the keys on the side bar.
