Vivo Schedules VivoX70 Pro+ Release Date

Vivo has been reported to have scheduled to launch its new flagship, Vivo X70 Pro+ next month, and it’s expected to come with a Snapdragon 888, 8GB RAM, and a quad rear camera setup. It is going to feature its first SP chip V1 that’s likely to improve the image processing capabilities on the device.

This is according to the company’s executive who stated that the device is going to be released into the market by September and as reported, VivoX70 Pro+ is going to feature Vivo’s first ISP chip V1 that’s likely to improve the image processing capabilities on the device.

Going by the renders of the device which have been doing the rounds online, it is observed that the rear panel on the VivoX70 Pro+ will look rather similar to the Mi 11 Ultra with its quad rear cameras and space next to the camera module. It is not known whether the space is for a second screen or if it is just a design element.

The rest of the design, as per the renders, appear to be similar to the Vivo X60 Pro with a curved display and a punch-hole cutout on the front for the selfie camera.

VivoX70 Pro+ will be launched by September and it is going to feature Vivo’s first ISP chip V1 that’s likely to improve the image processing capabilities on the device.

Also, a few hardware specs of the Vivo X70 Pro+ have been spotted online, and going by those the next Vivo flagship is going to be powered by the Snapdragon 888 and according to a company executive.

The rather sizable rectangular camera module on the back of the Vivo X70 Pro+ looks similar to the Mi 11 Ultra. The quad-camera setup on the back includes laser autofocus and an LED flash. The Zeiss branding was also spotted on the renders. The power button and volume rockers are on the right side of the Vivo X70 Pro+ and the bottom houses the speaker grille, the SIM tray, and the charging port. The smartphone should reportedly have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Vivo X70 Pro+ was spotted on Google Play Console with two other X70 models and as per this listing, and the device is hinted to run Android 11 with FuntouchOS 11 on top.
